Prepare a delicious porridge last night! Enjoy porridge as a nutritious breakfast or a healthy dessert.

  • 200 g wholemeal instant oatmeal

  • 4 teaspoons chili seeds

  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

  • 2 packs  mango-orange Smushie

  • 400 ml oat or almond milk

 

1 - Prepare the mixture

Mix all components well and allow the refrigerator to thicken and solidify for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

2 - Serve

Serve as soon as possible or add another layer of smushie, fresh mango, coconut flakes, pieces of chocolate or other favorite. Suitable for breakfast as well as a nutritious snack or even a healthy dessert.
